Packages are generally dispatched within 48-72 hours after receipt of payment, unless item is out of stock or on backorder. Orders with backorder items are held up to 14 days and if items are not back in stock within 14 days, your order will be refunded back to original payment method. 99 % of items are in stock and ready to ship.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for small orders and Priority Mail for bigger orders, with tracking and delivery confirmation for continental USA and custom, tracking number for International customers.
International mail offers limited tracking for priority mail.
First class international mail ships without tracking.
If you like to track your package please use express mail, otherwise other discount shipping methods ( priority or first class) will offer limited or no tracking updates during transit.
We offer deeply discounted international shipping, so please keep in mind, that your international order may take 12 to 45 days for transit and some additional time for cross border payment verification.
Shipping label is created when you place your order, email notification is sent out with the tracking # for each order.

Please keep in mind , that we have no control over transit times for international orders. Most orders are delivered within 3 weeks, but due to types of products we ship and shipping regulations imposed on the products , packages can take up to 60 days arrive. Brazil and Spain orders often take 60 days to reach destination, due to slower in country postal service.
All credits/refunds are generally processed once ,items are confirmed delivered. If one or more of the items in your order, happens to be out of stock, we will issue a combined credit after delivery of your order is confirmed.

Pre orders are offered on some new nail polish collections and ship , once collection is released by manufacturer. Pre order will be clearly marked as not in stock preorder item
Pre order items will ship , once items are in stock. If preorder item is not in stock within 60 days , order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
We cannot cancel preorder orders , after they were placed, since shipping label is printed right away and inventory is reserved. Please read item description.
Priority Mail International only has tracking to major cities and destinations, we offer free insurance for International orders over 75.00 .We provide all customers with a link to track your package online.
For International orders shipped in small flat rate priority boxes ( 7 -16 bottles ) tracking is available , however tracking will not show package progress and it only shows that item was accepted by the post office. Please allow up to 40 days for delivery.
Fraud Protection Program
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
We value your business and satisfaction. You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a credit or exchange (excluding restocking and shipping & handling fees). We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
You must report shipping damage within 5 days of receipt. Damage claims require a clear photo of damaged item to be emailed to us via customer support Help Desk . All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.
