Pricing and Product Availability

Prices and products availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. MBeauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders place on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for the item, MBeauty Lounge will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.

Product Availability & Backorder

Backorder items will be held for 14 business days. If after 14 days we are unable to complete the order, order will be shipped and backorder items will be credited to your account.
In some instances, products listed in the MBeauty catalog may be temporarily out of stock. 99 % of items listed are in stock at all times.

Order Confirmation

After completing your order, we will send you an E-mail verifying your order was received and is being processed.
We also keep you informed of all action being taken on your account (orders, refunds, tracking, follow-up, etc.) through your E-mail address. Please be sure to check your E-mail regularly.

Shipping Information

MBeauty Lounge's standard shipping is  USPS Priority Mail (cheapest for small, light packages). If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method. All PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package.

All in-stock items are usually shipped within the next  3- 5 business days. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. If a merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform you of the reason.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.

The following shipping methods are available for international customers: USPS Express Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping and handling charges  will be added to your your checkout.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package.  We generally declare packages in the way, that saves the customer money of duty fees.

Return Policy

We value your business and satisfaction. You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a credit or exchange (excluding restocking and shipping & handling fees). We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
You must report shipping damage within 5 days of receipt. Damage claims are not accepted without photo of damaged items. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

For your protection, we suggest you ship the merchandise to us prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for proof of delivery. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.

IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.

All warranties, if expressed, are provided by the manufacturers. If you have an item that requires repair or replacement, please contact the manufacturer. If there are any doubts as to where to send the product, please our HELP DESK for clarification.
